Fredon Corporation, a privately held company, supports the goal of ending violence, human rights violations and environmental devastation in the Covered Countries. We are committed to complying with any requirements applicable to our Company under the Conflict Minerals Rule.
As part of our policy, we encourage our suppliers to undertake reasonable due diligence with their supply chains in an effort to assure that our “conflict minerals” are being sourced only from mines and smelters/refiners outside the Covered Countries, or mines and smelters/refiners which have been certified by an independent third party as “conflict free” if sourced within the Covered Countries.
Fredon Corporation will work with our customers cooperatively in connection with their conflict minerals programs, and we expect our suppliers to support us in implementing the necessary conflict minerals compliance programs.
