Our manufacturing personnel are among the most highly-qualified in the field, and together possess hundreds of years of experience. The average tenure of our Class A machinists is over ten years. Several of our machinists have completed their Journeyman Certification through the US Department of Labor, BAT – Bureau of Apprenticeship Training. Our manufacturing team leaders include a number of degreed engineers who are constantly seeking new tools and methods to efficiently produce your parts to the most exacting standards.
Our office support team creates the foundation on which the manufacturing of your order is built. Quotes are received and processed quickly to provide pricing to customers within their required quote time-frame allotments. Once you approve your quote, orders are set up quickly in order to meet tight lead times - especially in rush situations.
Once the order is placed, our team handles everything up until and including the shipping of an order. In doing this, we take care of all the details so you don't have to spend valuable time managing your order. If you would like to call to inquire on the status of a job, our Customer Service department is able to provide you with up to the minute progress reports using our manufacturing Enterprise Resource Planning software. We also use this software system to give us solid, historical data, which we can use to give you the most accurate quotes for parts we have manufactured in the past.
We have worked with customer programs such as Just-in-time Delivery, Kan Ban, Call-Offs and Forecasting. We will adapt to any of your changing needs - whatever they may be. Our staff makes a daily commitment to provide our customers with exceptional service and high quality precision-machined parts and assemblies. We go “One Step Beyond” for our customers to ensure their absolute satisfaction - from prototype development to high volume production.
