Bill has been a member of the Fredon team since 1999. As Quality Manager, Bill works closely with our customers’ quality and engineering departments to quickly resolve any quality issues that may arise. He promotes continuous improvement to help keep Fredon Corporation one of the ‘Top 10 Machine Shops in America.’
Bill is responsible for maintaining our ISO 9001:2000, AS9100 Quality Management System. Our quality management system is closely followed to reduce the opportunity for error. If there is a situation, Bill gets to the root of the problem in order to make sure issues are not repeated.
Bill has a Bachelor of Science in Computer and Information Science and is a Six Sigma-trained green belt.
